Jonathan D. Beloff, Esq. is an attorney who has been practicing in the State of Florida since graduating University of Miami School of Law in 1974.  He is also a member of the New York Bar Association.

For the 20 year period prior to the formation of his own boutique practice in 1999, Mr. Beloff was a partner in the statewide law firm of Ruden McClosky. His areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium law, banking, corporate and commercial leasing.    Mr. Beloff has represented and continues to represent many well known restaurants and businesses in Miami and Miami Beach and has drafted leases on both sides of landlord/tenant transactions including but not limited to the Sushi Garage, Threadcount Sunset Harbor, Carriage House Furniture, Rolex, Starbucks, Milos, Prime 112, Prime Italian, Fogo de Chao, Penguin, Diesel and Meat Market leases.  He has extensive experience in commercial business transactions, including the purchase and sale of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants and strip centers.   Most recently, Mr. Beloff handled the acquisition of a $50,000,000 Ocean Drive hotel, the sale of a $35,000,000 retail center in Wynwood and purchases of three WalMart stores with a combined value of over $32,000,000.  Mr. Beloff has been a community leader, serving on many Boards in the City of Miami Beach including Chairman of both the Code Enforcement and Planning Boards and four years as a Commissioner of the Miami Beach Housing Authority.  He currently serves on the City of Miami Beach Budget Advisory Committee and as Vice President of the Mt. Sinai Hospital Foundation.



Will Prince is a real estate lawyer experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and financing, including leasing, commercial lending, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development.

He negotiates and drafts leases, lease amendments and terminations on behalf of landlords and tenants for office, retail, industrial, warehouse and mixed-use facilities. He represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial lending, including conventional, construction and permanent loans, multi-state financing transactions, and loan restructurings.
